typically takes 7–14 working days depending on your location. - Before dispatch, you
will receive an order tracking number so you can track your
shipment in real time.
Deliveries are made only on business days.
This means courier companies do not deliver on:
- Saturdays
- Sundays
- National/Public Holidays
Delivery timelines may be affected by situations beyond our control, such as:
• Natural calamities (Floods, Earthquakes, Cyclones, Tsunamis, etc.)
• Severe weather conditions
• Flight delays
• Political disruptions
• Curfew or riots
• Any other unavoidable circumstances
In such cases, we will notify you via SMS or Email.

Shipping charges (if applicable) will be calculated automatically at checkout and clearly displayed before you complete the purchase.
Our courier partners may contact you to confirm delivery availability.
Please note:
• If you are unavailable during delivery, the courier service will mark the order as ‘undelivered’.
• They will attempt delivery again as per their schedule.
• You may also reach out to your local courier office to reschedule the delivery at your convenience.
